Sandwiches for Away Games
Contact the restaurant to confirm cost and get order forms for each player
Obtain completed order forms from each player
Collect money from players for the cost of their sandwiches
All checks are to be made out to OHS Fastpitch Booster Club
Take order forms to Subway with dates/times for pick up of food with contact information
Pay for the sandwich order in full, give the Booster Club the reciept and you will be reimbursed
Organize volunteers to pick up and deliver sandwiches to away games
Ensure that the families that are volunteering to deliver the sandwiches are communicated with the day before the game
In case of a rain out!!
If the weather is questionable, contact the coach to determine if he would like to have the sandwich order cancelled. If so, contact the restaurant and cancel the order. You will be responsible for following up with the restaurant when a make-up date is determined for the rain-out.
