Applebee's Fundraiser

We are looking for a parent volunteer to lead our effort to create a great fundraiser for our program again this year.  We have everything you need to know laid out for you to make your job as simple as possible.  Here's what you will need to do:

 

Reserve a date for the event. 

 

Notify the Webmaster for posting the date and time on the team Website

Create Facebook Event and notify Webmaster

Notify Team Captains that the Event has been created on Facebook and request they share it

 

Obtain $500 Deposit from ASB

Take $500 deposit to Applebee's

 

Create List of Players for tracking tickets being sold

ALL CHECKS ARE TO BE MADE OUT TO OHS FASTPITCH ASB

Number each of the Tickets

Assign tickets to players with numbers

Assign Due date for first round of ticket sales notify players and Webmaster

Collect money from players and document who has paid what

Assign final Due date for last round of ticket sales notify players and Webmaster

Collect money from players and document who has paid what

 

Notify players of time to arrive at Applebee's

Notify Webmaster of updated information for Applebee's

 

After the event count and balance the money brought in.

Take the money raised to the office at Olympia High School.

Notify the Webmaster of amount raised.

 

Important: Coaches DO NOT take money or hand out tickets
