End of Season Banquet

We need a fun group of parents to take charge of the 2015 End of Season banquet. This is a great opportunity to get involved with a really fun event. Here's what this entails:

Determine date/location of banquet

Arrange for a laptop/projector/screen for the slideshow (this is being created by Sara)

Purchase tablecloths/table decorations/water

Organize potluck with all families participating

Decorate the venue prior to the start time

Organize the food and drinks

Create the photo name cards (photos will be provided for each player by John O'Leary)

Ensure the Photo CDs are ready for each player who purchased one

Clean up after the event
